We want to extend a great program to our Reunion home owners that find themselves with high operating costs.  This program assists owners in a more streamlined management process.  We reside in Reunion and we have great knowledge of the resort.  Your home will be well cared for!

Vacation2Florida has 1 flat management fee!  Don't pay your current manager $25 per month for an a/c filter or $35 per month for pest control, we include everything in the 1 flat fee of *$189 per month.

Our Management fee includes the following:  

  • Basic Advertising
  • Biweekly Security Inspections
  • Departure Inspections
  • 24 Hour Emergency Guest Services (call out fee may apply)
  • Lightbulbs, Batteries and smoke detector batteries
  • Utility Saver
  • Pest Control
  • Excess Garbage Pickup
  • A/C Filters

    A cleaning fee will be assessed for EVERY owner booking and company departures staying 7 nights or more.
