Modern Dynasty

Our Florida vacation stay at Modern Dynasty was amazing! The house was perfect for two families with 4 kids and one set of grandparents. We will definitely stay again!

A lovely property, the location was great and overall we had a wonderful time. Very close to most of the theme parks and if you can avoid I4 journey time is around 15 minutes. The pool was lovely especially as it was very hot while we were there. There were a few issues only 3 of the pool loungers were usable - 1 was broken, the bbq was so dirty we decided not to use and we did have some very noisy neighbours who were partying til the early hours on some occasions. Overall though mostly positive and would recommend.

All the outdoor furniture needs replacing as all cushions are torn or in bad shape outside of that everything else regarding furniture is OK , we are planning on booking for next year same time and same place. Tara is great to work with and looking forward to our next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We chose it primarily for its location on the Nicklaus course, and it was great. When my husband and our sons played the course, I was able to watch them play from the beautiful patio. We also made good use of the spa, the temperature was perfect for staying in long stretches. The home was spacious and well appointed, and included most of what we needed to cook a few meals. However, I had to purchase some dish soap and a sponge, as well as salt and pepper, and it would have been nice if they were included in the home. Everything else was as expected and we had a great family getaway.

This rental was better than advertised. We had a couple small internet issues when we checked in, but the maintenance staff was quick and great to get resolution. The pool area is definitely the star of the show - but every part of this house checked all the boxes. Only addition I would make would be a few more trees or bushes to create a little more privacy from the neighboring pools - they are pretty close. This was not an issue - just an observation. This spot felt like a retreat from the craziness of Orlando - Parks etc - This spot made you feel like being on an island while still having quick access to everything that makes Orlando fun. Great spot

The property was very spacious, very clean and well presented. The Reunion resort is beautiful. The outside space, although a little bit small, was enough for our party of 6. The hot tub was very popular! The cinema room was a great addition. The location was great, not too far from the Disney parks and only about 30 minutes drive from Universal. The local supermarket was only 10 minutes away and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa and we will definitely visit again in the future.

House was extremely clean. Decorated beautiful. Hot tub was great and really enjoyed movie room. Had a few questions and Tara got back immediately. We will definitely rent this beautiful house again.

The home was just as described. Location to Disney was fantastic. The resort pool was close enough to walk but we drove, it might be about a 1/2 mile away but we had littles and the heat, humidity and the walk these Wyoming people couldn't tolerated it. :) Food and drinks were expensive there but good. The pool was fantastic we were all in it as much as we could be, tans tans tans. My son is a golfer and he loved the golfing he golfed 2 of the 3 coarse's and said they were the best he has golfed in a long time. The house was safe, clean, welcoming and very comfortable. There were 4 adults and a 3 and 5 yo. There are plenty of goodies in the house to play on and a wonderful theater room but honestly with the beautiful outdoor space we didn't get to enjoy them.

The rental was great. Nice and clean. Everything you needed was available. The amenities was amazing. I do advise the team to check the light bulbs in every room some of them was out.

We loved our stay in Modern Dynasty at Renuion. It was pure luxury from the linens to the movie room! The pool, spa and patio were gorgeous and the sunset each night over the fairway was stunning.

The location of this home is perfect. The en-suites are what initially sold us and everything else was a bonus. The pool is great, kitchen is great, furniture etc. The only complaint we had were the beds. They are not comfortable at all. Everything else was wonderful. We will be staying here again.

We used the waterpark, playgrounds, golf and dined at two of the on-site restaurants. It truly is a gem of a place.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Modern Dynasty". The property was well suited for our group of five adults and three kids.

The hot tub is the centerpiece. Even in cold weather it heated up just fine. The theater is nice, and there is plenty of space. 2 big suites, 3 rooms with shared bathrooms.

Very nice house with 12 ft. ceilings that was great for us grandparents and our son's family of four. Lots of room to spread out after a Disney day. Nice privacy backing up to a golf course. We used the home theater, pool and hot tub, and the kids liked the video game machine. It was clean and nicely stocked with basic supplies. Pool was a little cool but the hot tub was nice. Drive to Disney was easy in 15-20 minutes. Only small problem was the temperature upstairs was much warmer than the first floor. We've rented other houses but this one was special because of the home theater and many bedrooms. Be aware that the advertised water park "included access" is an optional additional daily cost with a 7 day advance reservation notice.

We very much enjoyed this location and the house is great. A few things to be aware of if you plan to rent...the homes are all very close together so there is no privacy outside. That said, the outdoor space at this house is fantastic even if not very private! A downside was that the house on one side was rented our for an event (wedding) so there were many people staying at the house and then several very loud late night outdoor parties there over our stay. This house rental is clearly cared for but some general attention to detail could be improved. For example, the light in the front bedroom shower is burnt out. Several vanity lights were burnt out (we bought some bulbs and replaced but didn't feel this should have been our responsibility), the fan in one bedroom did not work which we suspect was the batteries in the remote but we were not buying them. The kitchen is very well supplied but as with many house rentals, there are no supplies such as Saran or tinfoil or even dish soap provided. We were asked to do a load of laundry (but no laundry detergent provided) and leave the dishwasher running (no dishwasher detergent provided). Not saying they need to be provided but small quantities would have been nice. Also, bring your own hair dryer. The ad says hair dryer so we mistakenly thought that meant each of the many bathrooms would have one but there was only one in the master for the whole house to share. All in all, we would rent this house again.

Not knowing what to expect from a rental villa (we did this for the first time), this modern, luxurious vacation home really exceeded all of our expectations. It looked like new. Better than any 4/5 star hotels we had been in during our Florida trip. Excellent !

Great property, great location. Everything was as advertised. The only minor issue we had was the light bulbs in our bedroom were almost all burned out. The house was amazing though, we thoroughly enjoyed!

We absolutely loved this vacation home. Not only is it beautiful, there is so much space! Our kids (ages 10, 6, and 3) loved the heated pool/hot tub, the media room (phenomenal), and all the space they had to themselves upstairs. Did I mention the 3 master suites? Amazing. Minutes from Disney and shopping. We will definitely stay again should we come back to Florida!

We found Modern Dynasty pretty last minute. The management company was responsive and courteous at all times. The house was clean and neat and the location was excellent. The biggest highlight was the movie theater with wide screen and great sound. We were beyond happy as were our children ages 1-14!

This house was impeccable! It had plenty of space, bathrooms, movies for the theater, and a great hot tub. Will definitely have to stay there again as the kids will now feel every other place is sub par.

I recently rented Modern Dynasty with my wife, children, and grand children. We had a great time and couldn't be more pleased with what the home had to offer. The home was very clean and in like new condition. Furniture and bedding were in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the pool, IMAX theatre, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor grill. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury home close to Disney.

We loved it!

Excellent vacation.Close to all Disney parks. Golfing at your back door. Lots to keep kids and adults alike entertained just at the house. Paid for pool heat but pool didn't seem to heat up but that didn't seem to matter since we used the pool all day long and when the pool was too cold we just used the hot tub.

We had a great stay at modern dynasty. The house is beautiful with everything we needed. Great location as well.

The house was great! Everything was exactly as described on website. We were very lucky to enjoy unusually warm weather along with beautiful accommodations. Would rent again from this group.
