Welcome to this brand new, beautifully furnished, very private, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath pool home in the new Windsor Island Resort. 15 Minutes to Disney property and close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.
Windsor Island resort is the newest gated resort in the Disney area; boasting the longest resort lazy river, huge pool, two water slides, mini putt, kids splash zone and island inspired poolside restaurant! All these amenities are yours to enjoy with your stay.
The space
This fantastic Windsor Island resort home has it all with over 2200 sqft. of space for your family to relax and plan the days activities. The open main floor plan includes: a bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite, a very well equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating and a great view out the glass wall patio to the covered lanai and splash pool area w/loungers. This home has no rear neighbors and is very private. Also on the main floor, you have a comfortable lounging area and dining area.
On the second floor you will find a loft that is set up perfectly for some tv watching or just relaxing with a book. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor as well. 2 Queen rooms, 1 room with two Twin beds and the owner's suite which has a king bed and large ensuite. there are 3 full bathrooms on the second floor as well as a washer and drier set.

RENTAL FAQ’S

I see most do a damage waiver insurance can I do this?
No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or you will be assessed a cleaning fee from your security deposit.
Is there a shuttle service to the attractions?
private ones only like Uber, taxi or public transportation is available but not through the resort.
Are cleaning products provided?
for the safety of children, we do not provide any cleaning products. We do provide start packs up trash bags, dish tabs, 1 roll of TP per bathroom and hotel size shampoo/soaps in the bathrooms
