We had a lovely time during our stay. The home exceeded our expectations. The pool and game room were great to keep the kids having fun during downtime from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 11 stated here in August. The house was very clean, and spacious. I love the pravicy in the pool area. Great location to all parks. The manager Tara was great and easy to contact. I will definitely rent this property again

What a fantastic holiday we have just had . 11 of us stayed at memory mansion, 7 adults and 4 young children
Villa was just perfect for us, so much space,children loved themed bedrooms also cinema room and games room.Pool was perfect and so warm and jacuzzi relaxing
Furniture outside was a bit tired looking and games room would benefit from update but this by no means a negative comment
We also had access and used Oasis club and facilities which again were excellent. Security on complex very good
Location of villa perfect for visiting Disney parks, approx 15/20 min drive
Tara at Vacation 2Florida so helpful and answered all emails before and during holiday promptly

The house was very clean and worked very well for our group. The beds were all very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans and kitchenware. The neighborhood is very well kept. The only big disappointment was the homes pool area. The pictures showed it was open to the grass towards the rear but it is fully surrounded with the opaque plastic. This made the pool area claustrophobic and extremely hot on the warmer days. The patio furniture is also starting to show it's age and could stand to be replaced. The TV outside only worked for casting which we couldn't figure out. The grill was pretty nice but the igniter didn't work so you will want to bring your own lighter. The community pool area was very nice but the drinks and food were expensive and you can't bring your own in. The security around the pool was also excessive on the weekends. You couldn't have a drink within 4' of the pool without getting talked to. During the week you could float on a tube with a drink in your hand... Since we like to spend a fair amount of time at the community pool, I probably won't stay in this community again for these reasons alone (this isn't the fault of the property owners). The tennis courts were awesome and we used them every day. The property management was very nice.

Great Large house for big group

Our family of 10, which included 6 adults and 4 children, stayed at Memory Mansion for a trip to Disney. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We all enjoyed the pool at the house visited the water park once. The water park & clubhouse are very close. The pool water at the clubhouse was chilly but at the house was heated & very comfortable. We didn’t really use the movie room or rec room but they looked very nice. The house is close to all the Disney parks but the traffic was crazy and may have been extra bad since we were there at spring break time. My only complaint about the house is that there were no “extras” in the kitchen. No spices, even salt & pepper, no foil, plastic wrap, etc. I have rented many vacation properties and there is usually a small amount of these items left by previous renters. My husband and I drove down and would have brought these if we had known. Maybe something could be mentioned in the description of the house? All in all, we were very happy with our experience. The only problem I had while we were there was that I hadn’t listed additional cars/drivers and one of my sons had a problem getting into the complex. It was cleared up ASAP by admin@vacations2florida.

House was very spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We had no issues with any of the appliances and the pool and hot tub worked without any issues ( which is not common based on my experiences). Would recommend for any large group.

What an amazing time our family had at this home to celebrate our family Thanksgiving!!! We throughly enjoyed ourselves, both our needs and wants were definitely met. We also visited the community clubhouse and Busch Gardens. The kids and adults all has a BLAST!! Thank you for the comfortable home and hospitality :)

We found the house clean and supplied with starter paper products. Our family of 15 had a wonderful time from the 1.5 year old to my 83 year old mother. The little kids LOVED the game room and the lights. I liked that the game room was close to the kitchen and main family area. We could keep an eye on the littles but still allow them a feeling of freedom and independence. The teens (and adults that still think like teens) enjoyed the upstairs with the huge TV in the movie room and the large screen tv in the upstairs bonus room. They played video games for hours. We were fortunate to be there for the Super Bowl. We thought that was really fun watching on the huge TV in the movie room. The pool was nice. It was a little cold when we arrived. But the weather in general was cold the week we were there. They sent a very nice gentleman out to check out the
pool the next day. After that it was warm enough to put the little kids in without their lips turning blue.

Our only neutral (not negative) feelings would be in regards to the amount of plates/glasses/silverware and cooking pots. For such a large house, that sleeps so many people and all the cooking we did to feed everyone, we were scrambling at times to make sure everyone had silverware, etc. Also, the towels were very limited. We were washing towels everyday. So I went and purchased some 'fun' smaller sized beach towels that I then let the grandkids take home.

Overall, we had a good family reunion and would recommend Memory Mansion to anyone needing a large space for family. I've already recommended it to a good friend.
